False Information[edit]

I removed " In addition he was also personally decorated by Kaiser Wilhelm II in 1918 by receiving the Blue Max for his contributions to the arts and sciences."

I admit that I do not know much about Bischoff, but this is surely false, given both that he would have been 12 at the time and Wilhelm II abdicated in 1918. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.206.19.131 (talk) 16:15, 20 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
