Source: "L'animal est équipé de petites glandes sur son manteau qui peuvent sécréter une substance laiteuse blanchâtre, fortement acide, lorsque l'animal est stressé ou agressé. Cette substance acide et répulsive, permet de dissuader les poissons, qui le relâchent rapidement."
