I just mentioned the ceb wikilink as an aside. WP:SEEALSO advises against redlinks, but if you wished to do so, the park could be mentioned in the article text with {{ill}} thusly: "Beulah Brinton Park [ceb] in Milwaukee County is also named after Brinton."
