Does this subsection need to stay?[edit]

I just moved "In the United States - Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)" out of first place in the "Applications" section. I'm not even sure it belongs in the article, being only marginally relevant here. If I don't see strong credible support for why it should stay, it will disappear in a week or two. __ Just plain Bill (talk) 23:34, 25 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Item mentioned but missing[edit]
