I would also recommend expanding the lead slightly in order to summarise, but I'll turn a blind eye as I recognise information could be scarce in this subject matter

"The house is located on the southwest corner of Pawtucket Avenue and Willett Avenue (Rhode Island Route 103)" - personally I wouldn't use brackets for the road
