External links removed

Howdy. Reading through the tag about excessive external links, I read through the listed external links under the tag. Judged them to be secondary, and older in terms of news value, from 2008 to 2012ish. Although they quoted the article subject, Bill Conner, they were from eras of his previous roles in cybersecurity companies. Today's and future relevance was limited, so I deleted them. Felt like that was in keeping with the goal of the tag, and to keep Wiki current as much as possible. Thanks!
