This article clearly lacks a neutral point of view, with sections of it reading as though they were written by someone who was intentionally trying to make Dodd look good. For example, the article states that Dodd's "record supporting education, transportation, gender pay equality issues, senior issues and our environment is well documented". This is clearly not a neutral statement, and therefore it and the other comments like it have no place on this site; Wikipedia is not meant for self-promotion or advertising.
