Contested deletion

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because I have simply reinstated the previous wikipedia article on the subject, with a view to making notability changes. The said website containing this "copyrighted material" has no ownership since this the information was originally retrieved from wikipedia itself. The website with similar material references this very wikipedia page. --Philjohn030 (talk) 04:46, 14 November 2014 (UTC)

I removed the speedy delete tag. However, I listed it at Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2014 November 14 where editors who know copyright issues will review whether this actually is a violation. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 05:18, 14 November 2014 (UTC)

@Philjohn030 and Oiyarbepsy: I can't see any copyright issues other than those which are clearly Wikipedia mirrors or forks. I think you're safe here but I'll ping the estimable Justlettersandnumbers to check as well. Cheers, Basie (talk) 03:48, 24 November 2014 (UTC)

@Philjohn030, Oiyarbepsy, and Crow: Just to update you guys, Crow has checked the article and thinks it's fine to use as it appears we had the content first.
