Clarifications[edit]

The article never explicitly mentions that electrical power is generated. A megawatt is a measure of power, so it could be just thermal power. The article would be improved by stating the production cost of the electrical production, the original cost of the installation, and the consumer's cost per KWh of electricity in Iceland.
