Region[edit]

What is meant by "South & Midland North America"? This description fits Mexico. --BjKa (talk) 07:57, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

one prespective[edit]

In Upper East Tennessee/Southwest Virginia area, there usually are three post-Spring cold spells called Blackberry Winter, Dogwood Winter and Redbud Winter. We don't fully de-Winterize and fully Summerize our homes or wardrobes until we are sure Spring has sprung and Summer is a'comin'. --Naaman Brown (talk) 01:41, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It seems like there are many regional variations on all these terms. If there are reliable sources showing the usage you mention, it would be a good addition to the article. First Light (talk) 01:37, 24 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
