To the person who changed the article, who thinks that Blackburn North has a secondary school:

The Southern border of Blackburn North, runs along Springfield Road. North of Springfield Road is Blackburn North. South of it is Blackburn. Blackburn High School is on the Southern side of Springfield road, and is therefore not in Blackburn North, but in Blackburn.
