Accident, 31 July 2015[edit]

I believe that today's accident is notable enough to be mentioned in the article. The aircraft was written off and four people were killed. On current info, it is not notable enough to sustain an independent article (this may change as details emerge). @Lewis Hulbert:, you reverted the addition of referenced info re this. Do you have any comments to make? Mjroots (talk) 17:56, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted the additions for both breaking the page layout and reinserting the information. I was in the process of writing something on the talk page but you made the section before me. With four confirmed dead and a complete loss of the plane, I'm sure it would be notable enough for a small mention in the article. --Lewis Hulbert (talk) 18:02, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it won't hurt to leave it a few hours to see what details emerge. If rumours are correct, then it may climb the notability scale quite rapidly, hence my earlier note. Accept that it needs properly referencing so that the layout isn't broken, but good faith additions are welcome even if they do temporarily break layouts. These things are easily fixed. If it is notable and the deaths sadly confirmed then I dont have a problem with a mention, the early stuff on the article was more like a news blog and speculation of what may have happened which was why I removed it. MilborneOne (talk) 18:08, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think today's accident/incident is already notable enough to be recorded on Wikipedia. Dirkbb (talk) 18:14, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
We have an article - 2015 Blackbushe Airport crash, which is currently at AfD. Mjroots (talk) 18:16, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Picture on 'Ministry of Civil Aviation' tab should be made smaller[edit]

In my opinion, the picture featured on the 'Ministry of Civil Aviation' tab in the article should be made smaller as it mars the alignment of the text within that section of the article, making it look very unprofessional in my opinion. Xboxsponge15 (talk) 11:15, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, somebody had set the images to a fixed size which we rarely do as the current setting allows readers to set preference on size. MilborneOne (talk) 16:46, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
