Blood in the Water (Thompson book) → Blood in the Water: The Attica Prison Uprising of 1971 and Its Legacy – Per WP:SUBTITLE, When the most commonly used name is ambiguous, the full title and subtitle might be suitable to be used as a form of natural disambiguation—Orlando: A Biography, not Orlando (novel), nor Orlando (book)
. As the book's title with its subtitle (currently a redirect to this page) is usually a more natural search term, renaming to fit the subtitle guideline is appropriate. Hydrangeans (she/her | talk | edits) 19:03, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- Support per nomination. A natural title is more useful to users since Blood in the Water (Thompson book) is an opaque title capable of being confused with another book, Blood in the Water (novel). Analogous to other English Wikipedia main title headers of book entries that dispense with parenthetical qualifiers, per discussion at Talk:The Sleepwalkers: A History of Man's Changing Vision of the Universe#Requested move 1 December 2017 and recent successful nomination at Talk:Freedom from Fear: The American People in Depression and War, 1929–1945#Requested move 23 March 2024. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 01:47, 6 April 2024 (UTC)
