No IUCN status[edit]

IUCN has not separately assessed Cabanis's seedeater. It has an assessment of "blue seedeater" but uses that name for the binomial Amaurospiza moesta. The assessment covers what are now (2021) Cabanis's, Ecuadorian, and blackish-blue seedeaters without distinction. Craigthebirder (talk) 20:26, 16 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
