founded date[edit]

It says it was founded in 1877. Is there a reliable source for this? Because from a textbook I have it has a poster referring to a meeting that takes place in "Village of Blyth". Definitely in Canada and definitely in Ontario. However, the poster was printed in 1870. It's dated "Wednesday, 20th April" and that checks out with the year. 24.129.235.85 (talk) 19:27, 30 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
