Fair use rationale for Image:Black ripped stripped dvd.jpg[edit]

Image:Black ripped stripped dvd.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 14:44, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Factual Slips in Autobigraphy[edit]

Though I enjoyed Mr. Blake's autobiography, he tells some white lies in it. At one point, he says he is bisexual and has two sons. Later, he admits that he has a young mentor who has a lover and that he calls them his "two sons." He says he's getting a law degree. Later he admits that he is trying to finish and undergraduate degree and HOPES to go to law school. These stretches make me wonder if other statements in his book were lies. I wonder if he uses hyperbole to work alongside his braggadocio (sp?). If someone writes an entry for his autobiography, she or he should keep these matters in mind. jcm 8/26/8 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chumley41 (talkcontribs) 18:27, 26 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reference[edit]

There is a paragraph about Bobby Blake in the October 2007 edition of the Center Happenings newsletter (Volume 23, Issue 9). It is mostly to promote an event where he will be talking about his book on October 18. —Preceding unsigned comment added by KidBohemia (talkcontribs) 14:15, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

afd?[edit]

Hallo, i am considering of nominating this bio for deletion. the sources are: bis own biografy, IAFD, an article on Tabernacle Baptist Church which loos like co-written by him, Tim Dean, Unlimited Intimacy: Reflections on the Subculture of Barebacking (Chicago and London: University of Chicago Press, 2009), 157 which looks like a mere mention and a book published by STARbooks Press. it looks like to me there is really nothing that proves notability. can you please let me know what you think? thank you. --AlejandroLeloirRey (talk) 17:45, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
