Bongabon, Nueva Ecija → Bongabon – No need for provincial disamb (WP:CONCISE and WP:PRECISE) - per updated WP:MOSPHIL. Also in precedent with both Talk:Cagdianao and Talk:Baliuag earlier this year. And also the following bold moves made by some Wikipedians before (not exhaustive):

• Seav: Abucay, Baggao, Guiuan, Palanan, and Sindangan
• HueMan1: Maragondon
• Exec8: Amlan, Hinunangan, and Malungon
• RioHondo: Maripipi and Sibutu
