Merger with Book bag and Randoseru[edit]

Oppose The terms and their tradition are not substitutible. Cultural context, history and tradition is important and distinguishable. I see no reason to get rid of the Japanese version, or to impose some kind of cultural hegemony on Wikipedia. 7&6=thirteen () 16:06, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose I am also opposed. Randoseru are a unique and ubiquitous part of Japanese culture and practically a symbol of elementary school education. Given the recent adaptation of this style of bag by various young music performers and idols in Japan, it would be a loss were the article to be merged.Ben Her (talk) 10:41, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
