Sorry for copy and paste to Boot camp (disambiguation). That should have been a page move. I have been told on On disambiguation pages in general that every disambiguation page should have (disambiguation) included in its article name. This seems not to be entierly true, looking at Pages in category "Disambiguation" (Raoulst 14:13, 7 April 2006 (UTC))[reply]

I disagree with that recommendation, and in any case it is not followed in practice (look at all the article names in Category:Disambiguation that don't meet this requirement).
However, the current situation, in which Boot camp is a disambig and Boot camps describes to the adolescent correctional facilities, doesn't make sense and should be changed. The two options are:
  1. Find another name for the adolescent correctional facilities, and redirect Boot camps to Boot camp
  2. Change the disambig page to Boot camp (disambiguation) and move Boot camps to Boot camp.
Myself, I prefer the first option. --Saforrest 16:55, 17 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't even see this and am already halfway through option #1. Boot camps has been moved to boot camp (correctional), and I am changing the now-redirected links so that boot camps can be pointed to boot camp. Hope nobody has any objections to this. —INTRIGUEBLUE (talk|contribs) 03:05, 4 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

disambiguation pages rarely have references, and should reflect what is said in the articles they link to. Graham87 11:38, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Technology Certification[edit]

These programs are also called "boot camps". Includes A+ and Cisco and others. What distinguishes "boot camps" from other technology training programs? Does this justify an article? 74.190.95.2 (talk) 00:30, 3 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
