This phrase does not quite make sense[edit]

"Several names exist that make references to the border of Granada with Andalusia of the Guadalquivir, and that corresponds with the places that are nestled on the Castillian side of this border"

Amendment for clarity of English (1)

The English in some sections this article is not clear, or colloquial.

I propose changing the opening paragraph in this way

The border of Granada (frontera de Granada in Spanish) was a border region that existed between the Nasrid kingdom of Granada and the Christian kingdoms of Murcia, Jaén, Córdoba and Seville following the integration of those former Muslim territories within the Crown of Castile in the mid-13th century. This border region underwent several changes subsequently, but on the death of Alfonso XI in 1350, the border with Granada was fixed geographically, in general terms, until the beginning of the Granada War at the end of the 15th century.^[1] This territory was also known under the historical name of Banda Morisca (Moorish Strip).

Amendment for clarity of English (II)

As referred to earlier on this page, this sentence could be clearer.

"Several names exist that make references to the border of Granada with Andalusia of the Guadalquivir, and that corresponds with the places that are nestled on the Castillian side of this border."

I propose changing it to:

'Several modern place names survive that refer to the frontier between Granada and Christian Andalusia and the communities that lay on the Castilian side of the border.'
