Bowater-Scott[edit]

What about Bowater-Scott, the brand seen as a merger between Bowater and Scott Paper Company?

The British paper manufacturer Bowater (later Bowater-Scott) was founded in the 1890s or thereabouts by William Vansittart Bowater and built its first paper mill at Northfleet, Kent, UK in the 1920s. This company expanded into the North American market. According to this the Bowater described in this article (Bowater inc) was the result of a demerger from Bowater-Scott.
