I was going to use the GA list, but there's not that much that needs fixing here.

The volcano has a flat-topped summit rising about 3,000 m (9,843 ft) above the seabed to within 24 m (79 ft) of the sea surface. - Last few words are messy.

The lava emitted in eruptions at Bowie Seamount is made of basalt, a common gray to black or dark brown volcanic rock low in silica content (the lava is mafic) that may cool very rapidly when it penetrates the cold sea water, forming distinctive pillow-shaped lava called pillow lava, through which the hot lava breaks to form another pillow. - What's with the random italic?

One question here. In "Diving explorations and studies," what is meant by "some biological tests were gathered to detect possible vulgar organisms, including plants, animals, or bacteria"? (emphasis added by me) bibliomaniac 1 5 22:03, 6 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The first quote clearly states Bowie is about 3,000 meters high and 24 meters below sea level. Vulgar was used for harmful. I think I fixed the other problems. Black Tusk (talk) 00:47, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
