One Sweet Day - incomplete chronology[edit]

There are many glaring omissions in the chronology of their career, and one stand-out example is the lack of One Sweet Day being featured outside the intro to the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.83.248.243 (talk) 14:49, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Michael McCary listed first?[edit]

I think the current members of Boyz II Men should be named in the article first, before any former members of the group. I'll edit the article to that effect now. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Fg4q46poiad (talkcontribs) 05:19, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed -- I made a change to the introduction of this article to list the current trio first, then McCary. — Preceding unsigned comment added by B2mfan (talkcontribs) 18:35, 14 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Jordan Johnson and the Pork Loins?[edit]

I am not sure the reference to Jordan Johnson and the Pork Loins is correct...a quick Google search only yields search results related to this page. I have not been able to find any supporting evidence that this band even exists, and there is not a footnote in this article to support the claim that they are number 2. I suggest deleting this mention. Any opposition? Ericdillow (talk) 20:24, 7 May 2010 (UTC)EricDillowEricdillow (talk) 20:24, 7 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That stuck out to me as well. I agree it should be deleted. Also, according to this page, The Jackson 5 have $100 million in sales and B2M only have $60 million. 144.160.5.25 (talk) 17:28, 13 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why is there no table for this group?[edit]

This group that's been out in the music scene that long, I don't get why NOBODY has created a Boyz II Men artist template/table, like other musical artist have? —Preceding unsigned comment added by {} (talk • contribs)

All it takes is one wikipedian who has the care, love and time for it. It could be you, if you're willing to set up an account (or long in, as I clearly have not). --220.239.151.147 (talk) 02:20, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yesterday[edit]

Why is it that Boyz II Men's remake of The Beatles song 'Yesterday' gets mistitled in every article that mentions it? The song is NOT titled 'It's So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday'. That needs to be fixed BIG TIME. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.224.130.249 (talk) 23:56, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

'It's So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday' is not a cover of The Beatles song 'Yesterday' The lyrics are completely different. Boyz II Men did cover 'Yesterday' but not until their second album. 144.160.5.25 (talk) 17:27, 13 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Damage[edit]

this page has been severely damaged. please revert to an earlier version as soon as possible. 128.111.131.21 19:51, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Verb Change[edit]

Minor change at the start of the article from "are" to "is." Boyz II men is a singular subject and requires a singular verb. I realize that in some English speaking countries the use of plural verbs for singular subjects is used, especially with companies (i.e. Ford are downsizing vs Ford is downsizing.) However, B2M is an American band, thus the American English seems to make the most sense. 68.103.207.65 16:44, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That's correct. American English applies to all strictly American subject matter. This need to be borne in mind, though, also for articles where the subject matter is NOT strictly American, in which it needs to be assessed. But yes, in this case, "Boys II Men" needs to be treated as a singular noun. --220.239.151.147 (talk) 02:17, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Christmas NiGHTS?[edit]

Is it true that Boyz II Men performed the a cappella rendition of "Dreams Dreams," the theme song for the Sega Saturn's NiGHTS Into Dreams series, on the Christmas NiGHTS soundtrack?

"Baby I Miss You"[edit]

On YouTube, this song is very widely attributed to B2M and I'm not too sure if it's them at all. (This song is NOT to be confused with the 2004 Klymaxx cover "I Miss You"). For me this looks of one of those Internet myths. Can anyone clear this mystery up for me? -andy 92.229.138.28 (talk) 15:55, 26 February 2009 (UTC) Sure is Boyz II Men. Released on the Japanese edition of Album "Nathan Micheal, Shawn, Wanya". Track 15 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.237.90.174 (talk) 11:49, 18 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Collaboration with Japanese singer AI[edit]

I don't know where this would fit in, but they're featured on the newest album of Jpop singer Ai. The track is called "Incomplete" and the album is "The Last Ai" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.225.9.234 (talk) 00:54, 3 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mistake on Page[edit]

The article states that Boyz 2 Men were the third group to have one of their Number 1 hits replaced by one of their own songs. The other two being the Beatles and Elvis.

This is decieving because it makes it sound like there ARE only three groups that have done this.

Boyz 2 Men WAS the third group/artist to do this but there have been a handful of artists since then that have also done this.

They are listed on the Billboard wiki page that talks about milestones and achievements.

Associated Acts[edit]

Having a page with boyz ii men without mentioning Bell Biv Devoe, or at least Michael Bivins, as an associated act is like plagiarism. Another Bad Creation, as well, should be listed as associated acts. Anyone who doubts their association should both listen to the words to Motownphilly and then watch the original music video... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.166.186.150 (talk) 22:16, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Psych High Top Fade Episode[edit]

In high top fade (and a second episode) B2M did a special edition of the Psych Theme song — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.183.64.187 (talk) 01:48, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV[edit]

@Relspas: asked me to explain why I placed an NPOV tag at the top of the article. The reason is because the article reads more like it was written by someone stating how much s/he likes the group (which then leads into essay-entry). I actually don't disagree with much that is being said, but an article written like that might be better suited for Fandom, not Wikipedia. Erpert blah, blah, blah... 15:52, 22 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The Snowy Day[edit]
