Is BraSCII really different than ISO 8859-1?[edit]

The majority of the sources that I’ve checked show the characters “Œ” and “œ” in positions D7 and F7. But I have another source (page 64) that shows those positions as empty and another one (page 10) that shows the characters “×” and “÷”.

The ideal would be if someone could check the original standard as it was issued by ABNT (and not publications that mention that standard) to clarify this issue. Also, the standard from 1986 changed in 1991, I don’t know if there are two tables with that slight difference.
