Reference needed to the creation decree[edit]

Source needed for the currency symbol[edit]

The article should cite an authoritative source for the currency symbol. Note that usage of the original cruzeiro symbol ("Cr $") in Brazil was highly variable. In particular, the one-and two-stroke versions of the dollar sign were used interchangeably, and the 1942 decree used the single-stroke variant. --Jorge Stolfi (talk) 14:31, 15 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
