She is on air (5th March 11:52 EST) and spoke about the "incident"[edit]

I thus removed this "However, since that statement every episode of Breaking the Set scheduled on RT has been replaced by either another programme or a full length news section.[citation needed]" as it is incorrect or was only correct one day.

Please give it some time ...[edit]

Please give this 'Breaking the Set' article some time to grow. I didn't start this article, but have taken a little time to clean up some naive editing by those who did and may be able to give it some more attention in the near future. Perhaps there'd be no harm in giving the article—at minimum—a week or so for folks to research notable references and flesh out the text a bit.

What do you call "naive editing"? Any examples? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.254.68.81 (talk) 04:25, 9 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Well — ^^^ — not indenting and leaving a line break and a signature with a time stamp when placing a comment/reply on a talk page thread would be a convenient example to start with <wink>. Otherwise, look back to the initial entry in the page history.

Update: That to which I referred[1] has since been edited by a third party[2].

Merge[edit]

I have proposed merging this article into Draft:Abby Martin. Thanks. Viriditas (talk) 01:21, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • I support such a merger—presuming "Draft:Abby Martin" becomes simply "Abby Martin" in mainspace. --Kevjonesin (talk) 03:30, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Weak oppose. Also, the tag points to a talk page with no discussion of the merge, rather than to this talk page discussion. Oppose because she is not her show. We should cover BTS' angle on key stories. I enjoyed her interview of Immortal Technique; there are others of Joe Rogan, Roseanne Barr, Oliver Stone, Jesse Ventura. But it'll be a challenge to maintain NPOV while covering a show that focuses on ideas that are widely considered to be conspiracy theories. Though she's no longer a 9/11 was an inside job believer, the show's[ https://www.youtube.com/user/breakingtheset/videos?sort=p&view=0&flow=grid top youtube videos are about things like the JFK assassination, whether the NSA is blackmailing Obama... --{{U|Elvey}} (tc) 04:06, 5 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Well it's been almost a year and the page is still stubby... surely if she has had good guests and interviews over the last year, there should be enough to fill the page out. If not, it should be merged. A section about the show would strengthen her own page. Wikimandia (talk) 04:27, 14 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
