Local government representation[edit]

I think this article is causing some confusion with the local government representation bar, as there is nothing to explain that it only counts councillors on principle authorities and not parish or community councils. I'm sure most people aren't familiar with the distinction between the two, and tbh it's probably a bit misleading to count only principal authority councillors. Hence the endless stream of editors making well meaning edits to the infobox. There really needs to be some form of solution to this. I would suggest another bar for non-principal councillors, but then I'm not sure there's an exact count of how many parish councillors there are in the country, but the Parish councils in England article says 70,000, plus whatever the figure for community councils in Wales is. Duplication of content?[edit]
