review[edit]

Thank you for your article. It is very intresting and well structured. The text easy to read and very understable. NicolòVarallo (talk) 13:12, 7 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the article, I've seen that you've contributed to the Italian wikipedia as well. The overall structure of the article is well explained and provides a good foundation for future contributions on the topic of Bridge management system. Your article is really well written and explained. I thank you for the clearness in explain the problem. I have only to suggest you (a part from small editing/grammar corrections that I did) to zoom in figures and add Wikimedia Commons in you article.--Natalia Pingaro (talk) 14:13, 7 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Observations and suggestions for improvements[edit]

The following observations and suggestions for improvements were collected, following an expert review of the article within the Science, Technology, Society and Wikipedia course at the Politecnico di Milano, in July 2023.

A keyword missing in the paper is "durability". In the bridge management systems it would be necessary to make reference also the assessment of the materials behaviour and the evolution of the damage mechanism (i.e. rebar corrosion for example). Proper non destructive evaluation methods should be referred. Also the bibliographic references should be integrated with relevant works on this topic.
