ConfirmFileOp setting[edit]

The article says this setting has no apparent effect. I have not confirmed by testing with briefcases, but at least in some contexts this setting has a purpose: [1] "Set this entry to 0 to avoid a "You Are Deleting a System Folder" warning when deleting or moving the folder."
