Sealcoat Job[edit]

The part I added today explains the "Sealcoat Job", a big controversy that has been around for 4 1/2 months now. Many drivers had windows shattered after the loose rocks flew up after passing other drivers. As of April 17th, there are asphalt recyclers setup at around KM 12, as the contracter is getting ready to repair the road to make the highway normal again.
