BROCCOLI name as per: Wikipedia:Naming conventions (companies)

As per: Naming conventions (companies) Company names should follow the literature and printing as provided by the company. As such, on all website content of the Japanese webpage, BROCCOLI is in ALL CAPS. This is included in their logo, copyright notices, trademark notices, and also on their products (if you have seen it). As such, the article title should remain in ALL CAPS and should not be decapped. --Akosygin 01:04, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

There is absolutely NOTHING in what you cited that applies here. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style (trademarks):
Follow standard English text formatting and capitalization rules even if the trademark owner encourages special treatment
I will be reverting back to uncapped form.--SeizureDog 11:56, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Broccoli.gif

Image:Broccoli.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Merger of Broccoli International USA assets into main article

I'm recommending the merger of Anime Gamers USA, Broccoli Books and Synch-Point into this article. The three articles are in poor shape, aren't likely to be updated since Broccoli has left the US market, and would be better served here, either as subsections of the existing article, or perhaps merged into a "Broccoli International USA" subsection.--ip.address.conflict (talk) 05:38, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
