Overly technical[edit]

IMO, the unsourced paragraph about the new radio channels etc, it overly technical. Thoughts? Niteshift36 (talk) 11:43, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Splitting up fire & SO[edit]

So despite the fact that the fire department and Sheriff's department are the same, I am planning to pull out the fire department into its own page. It will make clear reference to being part of the the SO. Thoughts? Anyone? --Zackmann08 (talk) 03:49, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed they should be split up. even though the fd operates under the structure of the bso. internally it seems as if the fire department operates as someone of its own agency, with its own command structure (i.e. fire cheif). also i'm renocent of this original comment being from 5 years ago. Merging the Broward County Department of Law Enforcement[edit]

Since the Broward County Department of Law Enforcement article has only two sentences, there is no point to it being a separate page. It's better to merge that article into this article since it's a division of the Broward County Sheriff's Office. Battlesnake1 (talk) 00:27, 23 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have cut the Gordian knot and redirected the Dept of Law Enforcement article to this one. There was no content there that wasn't here. ♠PMC(talk) 06:17, 7 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A (second??) mental health counselor[edit]

There seem to be two instances of investigating a mental health counselor? not sure so I kept the second one just in case but added the "second??" in there. Would love clarification. LexiconLogic (talk) 12:08, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
