Content of the first edition[edit]

The first edition stopped in 1944. At that time some volumes were not yet issued:

Volume 3: would have issued Symphony No. 3
Volume 10: would have issued the Overture? or the not numbered symphonies?
Volume 12: would have issued Mass No. 1.
