From the history it looks like the article was prodded back in October, but the nomination was quickly removed. Also, reviewing the contributors, 12 of the 25 contributors (not counting the bots, or the prod) have contributed only to this article or the subject's employers. Seems like WP:COI to me. I support keeping the artilce, but really, really trimming the links section per your exhaustive analysis above.
