Walden Street, Stepney[edit]

35-43 Sekforde Street, Clerkenwell

These were not third-rate houses, or even fourth-rate houses. A typical fourth-rate house had a ground floor and two further storeys, not counting basement and attic. The line illustrations in the article show it plainly.

A better illustration of a fourth-rate would be Sekforde Street Clerkenwell. I shall substitute this soon unless there are principled objectionsTtocserp 11:12, 4 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
