This article cannot be a good article at this time, seeing as it relates to a construction project that is still ongoing. There is likely to be further information as the development progresses, and the article itself states construction will run into 2020, so it could be entirely rewritten and/or unrecognisable in a few weeks or even months time. What may have been reviewed now could be redundant and entirely replaced in a short period of time.
Looking over the article, I get the feeling it's been hastily rushed and a GA nomination put forward without any real effort to construct an article that could satisfy the criteria. The references are just bare links and it was nominated without being part of any categories.. these are primes example of oversight and the overlooking of what is required for GA standard. I don't believe this article should be renominated again until at least post-construction, when there should then be broad coverage of the development and its construction history, up to and including completion.
