Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here)

As you may have guessed it -oppose.

Asking for a speedy here is one of the most extreme cases of US Bias I have come across on WP. Wikipedia:Systemic bias. It is as if article that are about a US organization are OK but an non US enterprise is automatically not OK.

If editors want to do speedies let's pick a US category that is teaming with possibilities. Say eateries:

Leonard's Bakery. Notable for their fried pastry, slightly crispier and chewier than a doughnut but with no hole?

Café du Monde. Notable for its café au lait and beignets?

Franklin Cider Mill. Notable because it was under construction for about 3 years before being completed?

Psycho Donuts.Notable for the theme of the shop is "craziness"?

This is but 'one' series of examples.

Yet the nominee is suggesting a speedy for an organization that gets mentioned in academic papers.

If the proposer gets the impression that I am annoyed, I don't want him to over-look the fact that this is Wikipedia and I am down heartened, that not all editors maintain the spirit of our mission but prefer to wikilawyer and splatter tags all over the place.--Aspro (talk) 17:14, 30 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

search for more good references[edit]

Although Buttercups is a well known visitor attraction for people in the south east of Britain, I'm finding it hard to come up with good refs. There are sites like Trip advisor, etc. Think all will agree that these are not suitable refs. This establishment has also been featured a number of times on British Television. An example is when BBC presenter Julia Bradbury and Matt Baker focused on the ground braking research conducted there: Goats on Countryfile, March 11, 2012 . In this modern day-an-age is Youtube becoming a good ref -as it seems to be more on the ball and provides both sound and vision?--Aspro (talk) 17:15, 31 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
