Someone keeps adding a photo of a King Quail to this page for some reason. It is not a buttonquail, which constitutes a different family. Natureguy1980 (talk) 16:50, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I remember hearing that the expression "cute as a button" came from the buttonquail, and looking at the image it could be plausible. Can anyone confirm this? If so it might be worth a mention. Mbarbier (talk) 19:34, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can please anyone confirm the above? and add information regarding it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Colorsontrial (talkcontribs) 22:46, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I miss the Turnix pugnax Temm. (formerly: Hemipodius pugnax) in this list. Is this an obsolete name? If yes, what is it called today? Kind regards, --Yospangsada (talk) 19:48, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
