Copy Right Violation Notice Deleted[edit]

I am going to delete the Copy Right Violation Notice (csb-pageincludes) because my belief is that the copyright of Cäsar Flaischlen's original German poem "Hab' Sonne im Herzen" has already expired. Please see the Wikipedia German page of this article that has been in existence for some time.

If I'm proved right, will someone please update the automatic csb-pageincludes program so it will not give out such a non-informed message in the future? Thx. -- By Yoshi Canopus (talk) 08:23, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct that the content is not copyrighted, since the author dies more than 70 years ago. Hut 8.5 10:16, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
