I have heard that he is not dead from non media sources and it is very important that we do not report him as definitely dead. Thanks, SqueakBox talk 18:19, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Totally agree. That would be embarassing for Wikipedia, unfair towards him, and harming his family. Let's stay careful as long as the information is so murky. And as for you criticizing the "wasel word" controversial (actually, I'm surprised that this should fall in this category), I hope it's ok that I use that now, after giving a reference. Some serious issues[edit]

the poll was binding because zelaya published a decree like four days before june 28 making the poll totally binding and what happened on june 28 was NOT a military coup, i strongly suggest changing "...but never took place because of the military coup on that day." to "...but never took place because of the constitutional crisis that happened that day". Vercetticarl (talk) 01:12, 22 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

1) Then give us a reliable secondary source making the claim that the poll was binding.
2) Typing "NOT" in uppercase won't help convincing anyone that what happen was "not" a coup. A compromise has long been reached on 2009 Honduran constitutional crisis, where the article is titled "crisis", and has a broad scope, while a section of it is titled "coup d'état", and describes specifically the events that happened "that day". Of course, it's the latter that's relevant here, not the former. --LjL (talk) 13:17, 22 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
