– WP:COMMONNAME for both omits maternal surname, so disambiguate to standard for footballers. The Spanish footballer is better known as just "César" but also uses paternal surname on important references, see here: Barcelona Profile, and National-Football-Teams Profile Ortizesp (talk) 17:21, 4 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
