The Nickname[edit]

Isn't C-Note's nickname due to the fact that his name is Benjamin Franklin, who appears on hundred dollar bills (C-Notes) and not because his contraband costs $100 (i don't think it was mentioned that it does) - Ethan716

Infobox image[edit]

Due to Fox's terms of use and source information, the previous promotional picture has been replaced by a cropped television screenshot. If you seek to replace it with a promotional image, please specify its original source and copyright information. -- Ladida 14:15, 13 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Suicide[edit]

Suicide confirmation of C-note? Feb 26 2007

-I just changed the status to unknown. The last shot of him was him falling off the bed. The rope could snap or whatever he tied it to could snap, but whatever happens, we can't know for sure until we see his corpse or until someone says "he's dead." - Eric Sieck 02:08, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I reject the change, because C-note is seen falling and not hanging. When he falls his statis is still ACTIVE. N1mr0d 12:50, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You reject the change from dead to unknown because we don't see him dead? That makes no sense. It's irrelevant, though, I just changed it to Alive, since we just saw him. - Eric Sieck 01:05, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Witness protection[edit]

How do they expect to protect him? Didn't Mahone make sure everyone in America knew the faces of the River 8? (202.74.195.67 10:17, 2 April 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Benjamin Miles Franklin.jpg[edit]

Image:Benjamin Miles Franklin.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

C-Note evading capture?[edit]

Was C-Note actually one of the members of the Fox River 8 who succesfully avoided capture? After all, he willingly surrendered when his daughter was sick, so does it count as capture? Larrylarp (talk) 14:37, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
