History: The Float/ IPO[edit]

Does anyone know what this is supposed to say, that is, what was the Empire Beer Group's role?: "In late 2006, a $30M (AUS) public float,[2] the Empire Beer Group,[3] was raised to bankroll plans to open another outlet..."
