CEVA Logistics - updating intro, history timeline, facts and figures and references[edit]
As I understand that updating the CEVA Logistics Wikipedia page is essential to provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely information to a global audience here are my contributions to the discussion. My goal is to ensure that the page remains a valuable resource for anyone seeking to understand the company's history, operations, and impact on the logistics and supply chain sector.

1946
Ken Thomas founded Thomas Nationwide Transport (TNT) in Australia with a single truck. Over the next 50 years, TNT gained a worldwide reputation, particularly in contract logistics.
1984
EGL was created in Houston, Texas, and within 15 years, had become a global force in cargo management, with a presence in more than 100 countries.
1996
TNT was acquired by the Dutch company KPN and was divided into three divisions: Logistics, Express, and Post.
2006
TNT sold its logistics division to Apollo Global management.
2007
TNT Logistics was merged with EGL Eagle Global Logistics, and the new company was named CEVA Logistics (1).
2014

2. Purchase by CMA CGM and developments

In March 2019, CEVA Logistics was acquired by the French group CMA CGM (3), the world's third-largest container transportation and shipping company, to complete its service range with activities in logistics.
Since then, CMA CGM has purchased other logistics and transportation companies to merge them with CEVA Logistics: on December 8th, 2021, it confirmed the acquisition of Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services (5), a US-based specialist in contract logistics and e-commerce.
In 2022, CMA CGM bought Colis Privé (6) to strengthen CEVA Logistics in last-mile kilometer delivery and GEFCO (7 and 8), a European leader in the automotive logistics market.

Ceva Logistics contacted me (paid contribution) due to the lack of consideration of the suggested page modifications. I explained that indeed, these suggestions did not meet Wikipedia's expectations. Therefore, I am proposing the following modifications that adhere to the expectations in both form and content.
The current version of the page lacks structure. Many secondary sources are missing to support the claims. Some numbers in the infobox are not up to date. Here are the modifications I believe are relevant to make. Given my conflict of interest, I am therefore requesting the intervention of a third party if these modifications seem justified to you.

- This was actually better than most written COI requests. I started to copy over line by line but found it easier to copy everything and then back out anything I felt didn't belong. Have a look at the edit comments and let me know if you have any questions. In 2016, 3PL revenues in China amounted to US$166.7 billion. Research firm Technavio positioned Ceva Logistics as the 4th largest firm with gross revenues of US$1.2 billion, net revenues of US$706 million and 1% of total market share.[7]
In 2018, CEVA Logistics was listed on the SIX Swiss Stock Exchange.[8][9] The company acquired also Spedimacc, a logistics firm specialising in the transport of fragile and valuable goods and helped Ceva Logistics reach 20% of the Italian market.[10][11]
