Untitled[edit]

The lists of hazardous substances in this regulation (1272/2008) located in Annex I and II have been superceded by a new set of lists list located in Council Regulation EC 790/2009 (referenced in #8). This is a very large change and should not be covered by further legislation heading. Is it possible to edit the front matter to identify this? Can you add something like: The lists of hazardous substances found in the CLP regulation have been ammended by EC/790/2009 and new lists are located there." then link to number 8.Pollygirl610 (talk) 18:16, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I don't like "The" as the first word in the title. I'd prefer "European" or "Globally". What do others think? Biscuittin (talk) 22:41, 6 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Council[edit]

In this article, does "Council" refer to Council of Europe, Council of the European Union or European Council? Biscuittin (talk) 22:45, 6 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It refers to the Council of the European Union. Physchim62 (talk) 13:49, 23 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
