Playoff format[edit]

Since this isn't a 2-legged home-and-away play-off, isn't it fairer if it were held on neutral ground instead? What is the rationale for only 1 team having home advantage, and did all CONCACAF teams agree to this format? 175.142.3.23 (talk) 04:15, 9 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Is this Cup really described as a "competition", and does the winner really get a "title"? That doesn't seem to be the case according to the external links I checked, and would be odd for a one-off playoff held simply to determine who's going to the Confederations Cup. --Theurgist (talk) 04:41, 14 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
