Should the title of this page be changed to CUT&RUN Sequencing? Mannan369 (talk) 19:06, 2 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have renamed and redirected. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 01:27, 3 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for renaming the article so quickly Graeme Bartlett. Can I ask why the deletion in the Uses section was made? The comment you left was "remove excessive copy from patent WO2017147196A1", but I'm not initiated enough to understand why the there is patent infringement. I thought the information removed could be more than a little useful to a reader. Thanks again for your time Mannan369 (talk) 00:13, 4 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It is not a patent infringement, but a copyright infringement. The information may be useful, but should be in your words. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 00:18, 4 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Did not realize the lines were copywrited. Would you consider the below a suitable replacement for that section of the article? Mannan369 (talk) 02:55, 4 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
"Sequencing of prepared DNA libraries and comparison to whole-genome sequence databases allows researchers to analyze the interactions between target proteins and DNA, as well as differences in epigenetic chromatin modifications. Therefore, the CUT&RUN method may be applied to proteins and modifications, including transcription factors, polymerases, structural proteins, protein modifications, and DNA modifications."
