San Francisco[edit]

In 1985 there was a long article in New Yorker Magazine about the US defense system's reliance on the extant telephone system, including a description of how the telephone cable (that carried the information from NORAD) came ashore in San Francisco.--McTrixie/Mr Accountable 15:15, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
