Family?[edit]

Is the family Caesalpiniaceae or Fabaceae ? The description and the infobox are different. --- Safemariner 02:18, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And is this a genus? The paper about the proposed genera refers to it as a "group" or "clade" that includes many genera. I don't think we can discuss it in terms of equal ranking genera. This one says " These analyses show that the current classification of the Caesalpinia group into 21 genera needs to be revised...contraction of Caesalpinia s.s..." There are other articles also like https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S025462991300330X. Has this been resolved? An updated source would be helpful.
