801 & 802 dates

Too much effort is being expended in changing dates for the delivery and entry into service of the 2 dual fuel ferries (Glen Sannox and Hull 802). There is little doubt that the delay of these boats is causing problems in the communities they are due to serve and wider in the Clyde and Western Isles. As far as I know the latest information is the report to SG (https://www.gov.scot/publications/ferguson-marine-report-on-cost-and-programme-for-vessels-801-and-802/). This states (with 80% certainty):

"delivery range for 801 October - December 2021" and
"delivery range for 802 July - October 2022".

There will be a necessary period of familiarisation before the vessels enter service. I'm has not aware that this has been quantified but entry into service is likely to be at least one quarter later.

Please support edits to these dates in the affected articles with a reference. Please keep Wikipedia as an encyclopedia not a soapbox (WP:5P). Finavon (talk) 20:12, 16 January 2020 (UTC)
